Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
